Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) also known as work related musculoskeletal disorders is a term used to describe the pain or injury caused due to the repetitive use or movement of muscles, nerves, and tendons on the forearm, elbow, wrist, lower back, neck, and shoulders and is often seen in people who work continuously with computers. This is commonly seen in people working in the IT, banking, hospitality, health care, and manufacturing industry.
